Professional/Short Course Optimising Performance Through Peer Coaching
Introduction
How can you 'mine the treasure' within your organisation, to enable people and teams to sparkle and shine? Cultivate a coaching culture where unique insights and diverse perspectives are harnessed amongst colleagues to co-create optimum results and performance. A lean and impactful way to do this is through peer coaching!
Peer coaching involves colleagues supporting each other in solving problems or harnessing opportunities. Peer coaching enables you to reflect on current practices, build new skills, share ideas and feedback, and identify solutions. It provides the opportunity for colleagues to develop comradery through a confidential thinking space, harnessing diverse perspectives to tackle real-time challenges and opportunities, whilst drawing on personal and organisational insight.
The course facilitator, Emma Sexton, has held leadership roles within various organisations for 15 years, partnering with private, public and non-profit sectors in designing and implementing programmes that meet the learning needs of individuals and teams. She particularly enjoys innovative coaching approaches and is passionate about how conscious learning enables individuals, teams and communities to unlock transformative potential through small changes. As an adult learning specialist, Emma enjoys engaging as coach, facilitator, assessor, mentor, and curriculum designer.
