Learning and Teaching

The learning on this course is experiential and enquiry based. Each of the five days include a balance of theory input, practice exercises, peer feedback and discussion. Participants work with experience gained on projects and the learning is taken from theory and by reflecting on their own experiences in their past and present innovation projects. As such the precise content is tailored to meet the needs of individual participants, their teams and the cohort.

Pre-Course Work:

Participants will be asked to identify an innovation challenge that they wish to bring to the course. They will complete a template, provided in advance, that is designed to provide insights on their team's innovation project, its challenges and enablers.
