Introduction

The aim of this New Developments in Abdominal Ultrasound Scanning workshop is to explore new developments in the field of upper abdominal ultrasound scanning. This will provide an opportunity for delegates to update their knowledge in this rapidly expanding modality.

Dr Dennis Cochlin from University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, has extensive experience with a variety of new techniques and will be discussing his clinical involvement with a number of areas.
