Have you ever thought about the relationship between physical and mental ill health and the impact on the older person?
This half day 'Depression - more than just getting old?' workshop is designed for you, as a health and social care worker, to consider some key issues of depression that might affect our understanding of this often debilitating and misdiagnosed mental health issue.

The intention during this course is to provide you with some strategies and tips on how we can more effectively support older people with depression, reduce hospital bed days, inappropriate admissions and prevent unnecessary interventions.
