Delivered by a multidisciplinary team experienced in Clarity IGRT, this study day is aimed at practitioners with the speciality of treating prostate cancer with radiotherapy.

Entry requirements

Previous ultrasound experience is not required for this study day.

Content

The aim of the study day is to develop a knowledge and understanding of ultrasound image guidance for prostate cancer.
The study day will consist of lectures, discussions, hands on Clarity practice matching and will cover a variety of topics to include:

  • Equipment
  • Image optimisation
  • Image registration
  • Verification on set
  • Monitoring
  • Training issues
