Reputation management and crisis communications go hand-in-hand. In the fast-moving world of social media, an organisation's reputation can be trashed in minutes. And then everything goes into crisis firefighting mode.
This practical one-day programme on reputation management aims to give you an understanding of why reputation management matters, and how you can build up a reputation as a trustworthy organisation that communicates effectively with its stakeholders.
We also deliver a one-day programme on Crisis Communication.
Who is it for?
This programme is designed for individuals who may have some experience of PR or who are new to the needs of the role. They may be working for charities, pressure groups or small businesses, or in the early days of a career in PR. The two workshops will be of particular use to new businesses who are looking to build up their reputation.

This practical programme will expect you to participate in the sessions with your own and peer experiences. You will undertake hands-on exercises and be prepared to critique both your own work and that of peers. The workshop will be supported by online learning materials.
