Introduction
Non-Executive Directors play a crucial role in the governance of the company bringing insight and experience to board decisions. They are expected to be positive and supportive, while at the same time, willing to challenge and provide robust debate where necessary.
This interactive course is delivered by Dr Alison Miles and is intended for both aspiring and new Non-Executive Directors. Covering all the necessary regulations and role of the board, it is also practical using case examples, and 'what if' scenarios allowing participants to learn, develop and practice the tools and techniques essential to be confident in their approach and add value to the organisation.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for the course.
This course is intended for both aspiring and new Non-Executive Directors.
