Introduction

Our Screen Skills Bootcamp is a 10-week programme designed specifically for freelancers working across the TV and film industries. It offers a practical, forward-looking training experience that helps creative professionals adapt, diversify, and thrive in the sector. Through expert led sessions, participants will strengthen their ability to independently manage end-to-end, small-scale productions, from initial concept and story development to shooting, post-production, and final delivery. The Bootcamp focuses on building real world capabilities that reduce reliance on external teams, enabling freelancers to work more autonomously and creatively across different platforms and formats.

Alongside technical training, the programme equips participants with the tools to reach new audiences and attract new clients, helping them to future-proof their careers in a highly competitive industry. Whether you're looking to expand your creative offer, gain confidence in handling full productions, or reposition yourself in the screen sector, this Skills Bootcamp offers a focused and flexible route to growth.

Our Skills Bootcamps combine subject knowledge with practical application, allowing learners to apply their learning directly back into their role and organisation to enhance their capabilities and create immediate impact.
