Introduction

The Digital Built Environment: Fabrication and Manufacturing Skills Bootcamp offers a dynamic and practical training experience designed to equip individuals with cutting-edge digital construction and manufacturing capabilities.

Our 10-week programme provides a unique opportunity for businesses to upskill their workforce in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and emerging technologies that are reshaping the built environment. You will gain hands-on experience across the full digital design and fabrication process, from parametric 3D modelling to prototype development through digital fabrication, while exploring the use of computational methods to visualise and coordinate complex projects before any physical construction begins.

Open to individuals at all career stages, our Skills Bootcamp is structured to align with real job opportunities and the in-demand competencies identified in industry job descriptions.

Whether you're an individual looking to future-proof your career or an organisation aiming to close your digital skills gap, this programme offers a powerful route into the future of construction and manufacturing.

This course is ideal for architects, architecture technologists, BIM technicians, BIM modellers, BIM coordinators, computational designers, and BIM managers.

You will benefit from expert-led learning and a guaranteed job interview if seeking employment, while SMEs gain access to a digitally skilled workforce ready to meet evolving project demands. By taking part in this Skills Bootcamp, you'll not only deepen your knowledge but also gain practical insights that can be embedded into your current role or future career aspirations.
