Programme introduction
Reputation management and crisis communications go hand-in-hand. In the fast-moving world of social media, an organisation's reputation can be trashed in minutes. And then, everything goes into crisis firefighting mode
This practical one-day crisis management programme will show why speed and transparency are vital in crisis communications if the worst happens. It will equip you with the tools needed to deal confidently and decisively with crisis situations, and to have a crisis plan in place.

What do I get out of it?
By the end of the programme, you will be able to:
- understand the range of crises that may impact on an organisation
- understand the issues, risk and crisis management cycle
- communicate with stakeholders on crisis communications procedures
